About the Author
Michael Zisa received his Master's degree in Mathematics Education from The City College of New York and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After 5 � years as a high school Mathematics teacher in New York City, Michael had a rewarding career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Bank of America. He was also a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch in Princeton, NJ before becoming an independent Financial Advisor. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and offers financial planning services to his clients. Michael has been teaching Investment Management and Wealth Management courses at a Bucks County, PA high school since 2004, teaches a Business Communications class at a local college, and has developed financial education software curriculums for various companies. Additionally, he is a Certified Financial Education Instructor through the National Financial Educators Council (NFEC), a member of the Personal Finance Speakers Association (PFSA), and a member of the Global Association of Teachers of Economics (GATE).

A Great Investment

“The Early Investor” is a great investment for any parent. Mike Zisa draws expertly on his years of experience teaching investment in high school to present a clear and cogent case for early investing in terms relevant to teenagers. The book deftly intersperses entertaining, illustrative stories while providing fundamentals of sound investment. An instant required read for any teenager, “The Early Investor” is the perfect graduation gift. If my kids take the message in this book to heart, it has the potential to set them on course for a lifetime of financial security. I couldn’t recommend this book more highly.

A great investment for you AND your teen.

Want to give a gift that will truly keep giving? This book hits the mark. With sound, common-sense advice in relatable language targeted to teens, Michael Zisa walks teens and young adults through the basics of investing for long-term security. Parents: before you hand it over, read it yourself. You'll get plenty out of it too. There aren't many things you can buy on Amazon that will pay for themselves thousands of times over. This book will!

Helps understand more clearly

I received this as A christmas present and it really has changed my view on a lot of things. My relatives really inspired me to work in the business area so I decided I should start learning early so I will be more prepared in the real world. Its not very long as it only took me two days to finish it. Im not a big reader myself but this book was very entertaining and I never became bored.
