Turned My Existing Hunger and Passion for God into a Towering Inferno of Desire for Him

Like Durham's "Seven Levels of Glory" book, this book exceeded my expectations. When an author claims to have had visitations to heaven, I read his work cautiously to make sure it is biblical. Well, "Beyond the Ancient Door" did not disappoint. I found the text to be scripturally sound and immensely inspiring. In fact, with each reading I sensed God's presence filling me and surrounding me in a tangible way. Already passionate and hungry for God, this book fanned that flame into something like a towering inferno inside of me. Wow!
As I stated in my review of "Seven Levels of Glory," the book does not offer what I would call new revelations from God but illuminations of scriptures I already know. And similar to "Seven Levels of Glory," this book reads like a warm invitation from God the Father to come and know him more intimately. With each page, my desire to leave behind everything that hinders my walk with God grew stronger and more urgent.

Excellent book!

This book covers how to get into God's presence, how to visit Him in heaven and keys for a seer anointing. The author claims that the outline of the book and most of the content comes directly from God. I believe him. I have had one vision during the reading of this book which was somewhat fuzzy, and another glimpse of the Lord holding my hand and walking with me. I have just finished reading the book. I have been journaling with the Lord and talking with Him. He has given me revelation on the Trinity and Mary, among other things. So I must believe the author when he says this book comes directly from the Lord. If you want to get closer to the Lord, then read this book.

Invest in someone's life and buy this book for others after you read it!

Before reading this book, I had no concept of what the calling of a believer in Christ was. I've always felt that there is so much more. This book clearly lays it out. Step by step it gives you direction in setting your life apart to fully serve the Lord and to welcome his presence in your life. I want others to know about this. I don't want others to be in the dark as I have all of these years. Think of someone who seeks the Lord and help fully awaken them! Begin your own revival. Let the light of the Lord shine like a lantern on our homes as we learn to individually seek him in spirit and truth.
